Excellent B&B by Poetto beach. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

The bathroom was a bit small but OK. Breakfast OK specially if you like cake.

Classic villa on the beach. We were very well looked after. The team were great and breakfast was lovely. Very clean, today and welcoming and the beach was literally across the road. No parking on site but free parking around the corner. Great base to explore Cagliari.

Massimilliano, Melita and Monica made our stay really special and made us feel completely at home. They were helpful, friendly and accomodating. The property is in the perfect location for the beach and has an interesting history. It worked really well for the needs of our family. Grazie mille!

This villa refurbished could be a real gem

With it being the first Villa built on Poetto beach the property has so much character & history. It really is a very charming building & the views from our balcony were just stunning. The location couldn’t have been better, it’s so close to the beach you can just pop back to your room & be back on the beach in minutes. There are many beach bars all along Poetto beach which all serve great food & drinks, as well as other restaurants & shops just a few minutes walk away. There’s a bus stop on the road just behind the Villa with regular buses that we used to get into central Cagliari which cost around €2. We toured a few destinations across Italy on our trip but this was undoubtedly the highlight & definitely somewhere we will be coming back to after the memories we made here. I could go on about the property & how beautiful it & it’s surroundings are but honestly what really made the stay was the hospitality. Massimiliano, his family & friends & their cat, Padrone, are so friendly & made us feel very welcome. They were always on hand to help when needed & good for a chat, despite our limited Italian 🤦‍♂️😅. We plan to brush up on this ahead of our next trip 🇮🇹. They were very understanding of our limited Italian & appreciative of our efforts lol. They also catered to us if we were late for breakfast, which was most days so we really appreciated this. Around half way through our stay I accidentally broke a sun lounger on our balcony. Everyone was out at the time so I messaged Massimiliano on Booking.com to tell him of what happened & awaited his response, thinking I may have to pay for the damage. He simply responded telling me not to worry about it & seemed more concerned with my welfare, which honestly just captures the sort of person he is. Shortly after we first arrived he told us about the history of the building & Poetto which was fascinating.
