Die Sauberkeit war sehr unzureichend, wir fanden auf dem Boden Fußnägel und in der ganzen Wohnung schwarze Haare. Die komplette Küche hat geklebt und die Matratzen waren fleckig. Der PVC-Boden im Badezimmer war überall lose und stark verfärbt. Der Hausflur war ebenfalls seit Wochen nicht gereinigt worden. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung abgewohnt und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten bei einem Preis von annähernd 200 Pfund bedeutend mehr erwartet.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfy stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and they provided bathroom products too. The kitchen area was also very big and easy to cook in. We loved the location, it couldn’t be more central which was exactly what we needed. It was very easy to check in and access the property. It was also nice to have all streaming services so we could enjoy the time we spent in the apartment.

I will say the sofa bed isn’t the best, we booked for four people so we had to use the sofa bed every night of our stay. It’s slightly uneven. I would say it is probably more suited for one person. Another issue was we were only provided with 3 kitchen chairs despite the booking being for 4. I understand things happen however it would have been nice to be aware of this before we arrived as we were planning on using the kitchen and dining table during our stay. It was lucky they had a foot stool we could use as a replacement or we wouldn’t be able to all sit round the table. I would confirm before you arrive if the chair has been replaced if you are needing it. Another small issue is the lino in the bathroom, it’s coming up from all corners which makes the bathroom slightly uneasy to use. The temperature on the shower also won’t go colder and the dial is stuck. We didn’t mind this too much and from other reviews I’ve seen it has been fixed by the host upon request so had we asked I’m sure it would have been resolved quickly.

Everything was wonderful

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Brighton, and the property was absolutely lovely. My partner and I would definitely recommend it! The property was clean and well-equipped, especially the spacious kitchen, which had plenty of utensils. The living room was cosy, and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront, with lots of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It's also in a quiet area, ideal for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of big cities. One small note: the shower setup was a little tricky to figure out at first, especially in the heat when we were hoping for a cold shower. There are two switches on the wall that need to be turned sideways to adjust the water temperature, It was a bit stiff to turn the controls to get colder water in the shower, which was something we really wanted in the heat. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. Also, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, so we mostly used our mobile data. Communication with the host was great, very responsive and helpful, and the check-in and checkout process was super easy. We also appreciated that the property had fans, which were definitely needed during the hot weather! Overall, it was a really great experience, and we're already looking forward to returning on our next trip to Brighton.

It was all great, though we had a bit of trouble with the temperature control in the shower. The water was very hot and we couldn’t get it to go cooler!

The apartment is in a brilliant location. It is well put together, thoughtfulness for the guess

Well, there are a few basic improvements which increase the cover of all experience for the next person.(1) A new iron is needed.(2) An ironing board cover. (3) Changing the flooring in the bathroom, making it modernised.(4) Most importantly, clear instructions on how to use the heating.
