Your place is amazing, especially the location and the very easy check-in process, which I really appreciated. I gave you a good score because I truly understand how tough this business can be, and I don’t want to ruin your rating. However, I hope you don’t mind me sharing some feedback for improvement and for the comfort of your future guests. During my stay, the pillows and blankets smelled like sweat, as if they had not been replaced properly. The wall paint beside the bed was peeling and looked damp. The bathroom exhaust fan was full of dust, so when it was turned on, the dust spread everywhere. The laundry area under the stairs was also quite dirty and messy. I believe that if you improve these details and give guests an outstanding experience, you will receive even better reviews in the future. Thank you and I wish you success with your business.

Super clean, really quick at responding and even though it’s right in the centre it wasn’t loud. I even stayed again it was that great for the price . Highly recommend

Best location, close to all attractions in Penang. Big room, good and comfortable bed. There is a common area for everyone to use with a refrigerator and a water filter. Easy check-in/out. Staff is very polite, helpful and very kind to let us have a late check out!

A little bit noisy in the early morning. Quite small bathroom especially when you take a shower, the whole area will be wet.
