La cabaña necesita limpieza y buen mantenimiento. Todo en ella es viejo y anticuado. Los televisores pequeñitos y conectados con DVD y una gran cantidad de cables. El horno del fogón es una falta de respeto con el cliente al igual que la pequeña parrilla exterior.

The location and view were perfect. The beds were comfortable and clean. Over all the cabin was pretty good.

There were many things in the cabin that needed to be dusted and the bathroom floor on the main level needed to be cleaned. More lighting would be great on the path from the drive to the front deck. It’s difficult to see at night.

Overall lodging was very nice. Great floor plan and very roomy for a family of 6. The location was very nice.

The thermostat on the air conditioner quit the morning of 20 June. It was extremely warm that week. A call was made before noon that day to management (inside temperature with all windows open was already over 80 degrees), and was told a work order had been put in. A member from maintenance was sent to check the thermostat. He said something was wrong and he could not repair it and that he would look at getting a technician to come and fix it. He said he would bring a portable a/c unit. He ended up bringing a fan which was of no use. With all windows open, the temperature in the cabin never dropped below 80 degrees all night. I once again called management at 8 am on 21 June stating nothing had been done and they said they would look into moving us to another cabin if they could not get a a/c service technician to fix it. I let them know I was traveling with someone with mobility issues and that they would be stuck in the cabin all day in the extreme heat. Still there was no response until after 2:30 pm. The a/c was not brought back on line until after 4 pm. The a/c technician stated he responded as soon as he was contacted. The technician reported there were several things he had to repair on the unit which included a dead animal in the drain line to the drip pan. The response from management to this a/c issue was unacceptable. Additionally, throughout the entire process it seems that I was talking to two separate offices. I would report the status on one call, just to have to repeat again on another call. I would be given one status from one office and a different from the other. That incident turned what could have been a very favorable vacation into a less than favorable one.

Property had gorgeous views of the mountains! We did see a couple of bears on our first night. We were still close enough to the attractions, which was great for our younger kids! Would stay again!

The location was peaceful. The was plenty of room for the family. Overall a great experience.

There wasn't a lot of cookware or serving utensils.
