I strongly advise against staying at O2 Villas Sigiriya. During our stay, €150 was stolen from our room. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and security of this hotel. What is even worse is the complete lack of professionalism afterward, we reached out to the hotel multiple times, and they have simply stopped responding. No explanation, no apology, no accountability. This experience completely ruined our stay. If you value your belongings and expect basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs.

"Zwei sehr nette Tag in Ella in der O2 Villa verbracht!"

Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück wurde frisch vor uns zubereitet. Sehr Familien Freundlich , Unsere Tochter wurde vom ganzen Service Personal sehr liebevoll unterhalten.

Der Kaffee war sehr wässerig. Jedoch kann man für einen Cappuccino bezahlen, dieser schmeckt um einiges besser.

"Amazing!"

Had a lovely stay here, staff were very attentive and helped us with anything we needed. Pool was amazing and the restaurant was also great to have there on site, great views from both. The hotel is slightly out of the main town but is only a quick and cheap tuk tuk ride to get there and means the hotel is very peaceful so we liked it that way.
