Fik IKKE valuta for pengene. Flere ting (2 x underbukser og bikini-underdel) forsvandt fra vores værelse og blev aldrig fundet. Personalet sagde, at det måske kunne være egern. Værelset var utæt, så der kunne godt være kommet et dyr ind. Vandhanen dryppede. Værelset var mørkt og gardinet virkede ikke… Der var STORE skatter, som vi ikke havde set før ankomst. Vær opmærksom herpå!

Notre référent Sajith était adorable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est pas mal même s’il est en dessous de ce que nous avons pu avoir tout au long de notre voyage.

Photos retouchées. Il ne s’agit pas du tout d’un hôtel 5*. Aucune isolation phonique (jamais vu à ce point) donc difficile de s’endormir. Pas de store occultant donc réveil à 5:30. Coupure d’électricité à de multiples reprises, la clim se coupe, vous êtes donc réveillé également par la chaleur. Chambres petites et avec peu de luminosité. Cet hôtel pourrait être appréciable mais à ce prix (170€/nuit) on est en droit d’attendre beaucoup plus.

The pool was great. Food was very good and staff were brilliant and very attentive.

Our best stay in Sri Lanka and we think the nicest place in Ella too!! The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating us for a second night. The whole place was very peaceful, the pool and room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was huge variety available for breakfast, from Sri Lankan curry to freshly made eggs, chopped fruit, fresh juices and breads. It is about 15 mins walk to centre of Ella but totally worth it. 11/10!

The location is not so practical because it is not close to the town and it is also not in a beautiful surrounding like the pictures make it look like. Overcharging on laundry service

I thought the staff were excellent and well trained - very accommodating and competent. Breakfast and Food was good too.

Well this is a 100% ECO resort but that is not clear from description. The rooms are small and the bathroom was tiny. There were only the bear necessities in the room meaning two beds place together - it was very small. There are lots of steps so any kind of physical ailment or problem would make it difficult to operate there. This hotel is only advisable for the very young very fit and those interested in Eco living. This is also too small and basic to qualify as Glamping. The access road off the main road to the hotel was challenging in the it was very narrow with a lot of traffic.

При заезде я попросил номер без ящериц, на что мне администратор строго заявил что никаких живностей в номере не может быть!!! Фото ящерицы прилагаю ниже. Полотенца наверное используются с 1945 го года. Пора бы обновить полотенца, может быть они и постираны, но цвет у них далеко не белый, и пятен много. Я попросил поменять полотенца, но принесли такие же. На полу душевой кабины уложена уличная тротурная плитка, фото прилагаю.. Такое не должно быть в гостинице с 5ю звездами. Джакузи сломано, работает через раз, некоторых вентилей нет. Вода плохо уходит в канализацию, часть воды бежит прямо в комнату. В комнате ковры сырые, сырость заметна даже в постели, не комфортно спать. При завтраке или ужине, если попросить что то у персонала столько недовольных комментариев на своем языке, что стесняешься что то попросить, как будто выпрашиваешь омлет .. Если что то заказываешь в ресторане то к стоимости добавляются непонятные услуги.. Чек прилагаю. Бассейн холодный, за наше пребывание 2 дня никто не купался. Думаю стоит пару звезд снять у этого отеля, так как люди ожидают другое при бронировании, а при заселении ожидания не оправдываются.

A hidden gem in a relatively secluded area, away from the noisy main road. It is a high-end, classy hotel with kind and helpful staff, great views from the upper floor, a swimming pool, a lounge, etc. The restaurant had delicious food for breakfast and offered a wide variety of dishes for dinner.

Way more expensive than other hotels in Ella, but you do get what you pay for.

The staff and room amenity were great

The property is a mix of buildings so there are a lot of stairs and areas that are exposed to the rainy Ella weather. It also might be time for the rooms to undergo a little updating. For example the was bed is uncomfortable and the upstairs area for the kids is very bare.
