O2 Villas Ella

Great place to stay at in Ella esp if u have a young family w kids. We took a villa suite tat comes with 2 double beds tat fit us a famly of 2 adults & 2 young kids. Rooms & bathroom are spacious & clean, check-in was a breeze and breakfast was superb. Great w kids cos it has prata & noodles which is palatable to kids. We also found the services of all staff to be commendable as they are courteous & attentive. Portions for their ala carte lunch might be a tad too much so order accordingly.

We had a very pleasant stay at O2 Villas Ella. The hospitality was warm and genuine, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was good and satisfying. The staff took extra care by making a special vegetarian dish for us. The location is slightly uphill, so cars do take a bit of time to reach, but the views and calm atmosphere make up for it. The property is quite high-tech, which did lead to a few minor glitches, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. A comfortable stay with good service and value — worth considering when visiting Ella.

The only minor point was that the comforter had a slight odor, which I’m sure can be easily addressed, and it didn’t take away from an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Das Zimmer war schön gross.

Der Schrank war kaputt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schwach. Teils kam gar kein Wasser, teils kam schmutziges Wasser. Das Personal war fast schon zu aufdringlich, etwas Zurückhaltung hätten wir besser gefunden. Der Preis war für das was geboten war, viel zu hoch. Wir hatten viel bessere Hotels in Sri Lanka für weniger Geld.

Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal. Ein super Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber.

Doch sehr kleine Zimmer. Wir hatten Deluxe, kamen aber nicht um das Bett rum, ohne dem anderen Platz zu machen. Nur kaltes Wasser am Waschbecken. Kein richtiger Schrank. Zwei Bügel liegen nutzlos herum, weil eine Stange fehlt.

Das Frühstück, der Empfang, die Mitarbeiter, und vor allem Die Honey Moon Villa mit Pool ist genial

Das Pool war sehr kalt für mich kein Problem aber es gibt sicher Menschen die nicht im Pool wegen der Temperatur Schwimmen würden
