Kitchen lovely nice touches like milk tea sugar available. Bathroom good

The carpets and sofa were tired and the sofa not very comfortable due to the weather being awful we spent more time in the accommodation than planned. No way to adjust the heating as on occasion it was cold

Unfortunately booking.com sent wrong code but eventually got in touch with owners who sorted it

The house was situated on a modest terrace, a short walk from the town centre. It was a quiet street and we could park the car directly outside. Once inside the property is stunning - furnished and decorated to professional standards with an oriental theme of cranes and peacocks all colour co-ordinated. The kitchen was so well equipped, even an air fryer and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Tea and coffee were provided along with milk as well as a bottle of wine and some sparkling water. In a cupboard are pasta, rice and a vast array of herbs and spices. The bathroom is a dream with bath and shower, lovely big towels and an amazing frieze of candles.

Everything was perfect.

The hosts (or I guess the cleaner) leaves out a cheap bottle of wine and some water.

Our whole experience with this property and the 'host' was a disaster from about 5 mins from walking in the door. this property was on Booking.com as 'no pets allowed' Our reason for booking 'no pets allowed is as my wife has allergies to pretty much all animals. On arrival we had a look round and quickly noticed that the cleaning standard was poor, and also very quickly realised there had been pets in the house, the most worrying sign was pet hair on the bedding of both single beds! It didn’t even look like the bedding had been changed as the pet hair was inside the beds as well as on the pillows! There was also hair and bits inside the double bed! also not clean bedding. When you look around the property, pretty much all the soft furnishings were dirty and had bits and hair on them. We tried to contact the property owner who did eventually reply and confirmed that they do actually allow pets and that the info on Booking.com was incorrect. We had to leave the property after less than 90 mins as my wife was already feeling ill. as it was quite late in the day, we just went home. Part of our communication with the property owner Anthony was to request that he arrange a full refund as the policies that they had listed were not being followed. He said he would communicate with Booking.com. I also contacted Booking.co customer services who eventually told me Anthony had not contacted them except in response to them after I had made my 'complaint' After a long conversation with the most amazing customer service agent at booking.com it turned out that Anthony had offer £50 as a refund! for a stay that we had paid £275 for! and the fact we could not stay was his fault! After presenting all our information to Booking.com they have agreed a full refund is deserved and are arranging this. If you go to this or one of the other properties looked after by this 'host' and you think you are being looked after..
