Ideally placed for Yorkshire moors and coast. Very good communication with owner. House very clean and well equipped. Good WiFi reception. Provided wine , water and milk for us.

"A well priced option if you’ll be out and about walking"

We want a reasonably priced base to go for some walks in the local area. The house had a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed for the stay. It was superficially clean and they’d left milk and the cupboards are stocked with what people have left behind and what the owners added eg coffee, tea, spices etc.

The decor is very old fashioned. The sofas are very uncomfortable. Not really an issue for us as we were out most of the day.

"Property exceeded my expectations, very good value for money, I could easily live there!"

Kitchen was exceptionally well equiped, house was very well presented, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Very little! The weakest point was the Wifi, the signal was very weak and at times non existent.

Amazing property, exceptionally clean and had everything needed. Owner had excellent communication and we were even provided with wine and sparkling water. 100% worth it
