It is a very big house in a decent location a bit off the track but easily accessible to the center of Gora and Hakone. It had nice amenities and clear instructions.

The check out time is too early and too strict. There was no possibility for an earlier check in and we did not like the fact that there was no storage area, no closets at all. It is very inconvenient.

It had everything you needed for cooking and the layout was well thought out We appreciated the sauna, onsen snd hot tub. The decoration was very zen. Thank you for the coffee and tea.

The emergency exit light was very very bright.
