"Definitely come again if we visit Hakone in the future"

Everything is perfect,they use high quality appliances such as Rafa hairdryer,good quality microwave and fan. Staff replied message speedy so that we felt reliable. We only regretted that we arrived villa a bit late . Wish we could come earlier and enjoy facilities more. 10 out of 10 !

"駐車場以外は最高です。"

清潔で新しく快適でした。

駐車場の出入り口が非常に狭く、入り口に車が停まっていたためアルファードだと人員による切り返し誘導で 駐車場出るのに切り返し何度も行い出るのに10分かかった。

"Wonderful property, highly recommended."

It’s a very spacious, modern, well maintained property with attention to details. Walking to the train station is super easy. It’s the best accommodation amongst the six places we stayed in on our Japan trip - I highly recommend it.
