A62 - Cul de Sac Apartment in Lagos

It was clean and with good light. Even though we did not have AC, it had a fan, which was ok and also it wasn't that hot overnight anyway. The other good thing was that there was parking available on the street.

The shower leaked. There was only one little light in the bathroom. There was no AC and the most upsetting thing was that we are supposed to take the trash out of the cans ourselves or we will be charged 20euros for it.. We had to go back home carrying that trash because we had nowhere to throw it.

Quiet and calm area in Lagos Convenient

Overall the appartment is average and highly priced for what it is. - you need a car otherwise everything will be a far away. Especially if travelling with kids - no ac and the fan was not working for 2 days. Fortunately it was replaced after. - would have been good to have some salt , pepper and oil for cooking. For a travail spending few days there, this is a must. Also laundry detergent should be there. - the window in the bedroom doesn’t open, why? It would have been good to have to fresh air there.

Confortable , good location and new furniture.

I didn’t like that the check out it was at 10 and check in at 4. If the check in is at 4 it would be nice to have check out at 11. Also, we collected the key and they didn’t tell us that the gate didn’t need the key to get in ,so we went back to the shop, because we couldn’t open it . They were nice and helpful but it wasn’t fun to go back to the check in shop.

The accommodation is really well located. Comfortable bedding.

The unit was clean, good bed and good parking.

The unit was only partially remodeled - no shade on the large window, no hangers in the closet, and no coffee maker. Bathroom poorly designed. Toilet put your knees up to the shower wall and shower leaked = had to use one of only 2 towels on floor. No bathroom floor mat and had to buy toilet paper after first day. Description errors - No patio only small table and 2 folding chairs on driveway outside door facing a pile of dirt. Used the folding chairs at the kitchen table because the 2 stools were uncomfortable. It was a large studio unit with no separate bedroom.

The apartment looks like on the pictures, bed was comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with the basics. The location is great, the coast is close. See the back-side below.

In the order of appearance: - there is a late check-in fee, 20 EUR 19:00-23:59, 40 EUR from midnight. This was not detailed before booking, just after I booked non-refundable. Paying 50% of a night for arriving after 7PM I find ridiculous. It's paid in cash, I never got any receipt for it. - when I arrived a huge cockroach welcomed me in the kitchen, luckily the friends never followed. I complained, I received an extra cleaning first after 2,5 days - not even a mopping was included. The traps they promised were never placed - there must be a water leakage, it's fully molded behind the kitchen cabinets and you can also smell it behind the wardrobe, and a bit in the whole place
