The place was clean Good communication with the staff Located in a nature friendly area I was able to stay with my 1 year old without any problems

The staff was so welcoming especially Sibongile she even helped me as I have an injury so I was amazed. The place itself is relaxing as long as you carry everything you need you will be sorted. Just carry a heater, fan, airfryer, throw and your food you will feel at home and enjoy your stay. If you do get the cleaning ladies they will cater to your needs if they can so I was pleased about that and it is easy to locate the place and right next to phezulu safari park if you want to have fun. We enjoyed sleeping as we just needed rest hence the bed is an important factor. I will definitely return again and would love to see an improvement. The mountain view is therapeutic so make sure you go at the back to sit n admire the place.

The bed was too old so it needs to be changed it not comfortable at all if it wasn't for the single bed I was not going to cope as I value my sleep and we had something that was crawling on the ceiling board at night thank God I'm a prayer warrior so we coped but to some it will spook you out. And buy toilet paper that is good quality as women are sensitive down there so plz buy 2 ply and put a door in the toilet. Plz change these n everything else will be amazing. And just maintain the place and have someone that is available at your place to be a caretaker as the cleaning ladies stay for 2 hours and go so they don't have time to see what the guest needs. You have a great thing but lack staff that are honourable so it makes the place go down. We had to throw the key inside because the cleaning lady was not in as yet around 8:30 as the key box was not working so fix that as well. Maybe train them to know how to handle guests. Lastly you have a beautiful view but you lack sitting facilities plz place two benches at the mountain view and two at the front view we need to sit n experience that amazing view.
