The place was wonderful, spacious and clean and the neighbors were really friendly.

Booking voisi varmistaa että kuvat ja etäisyys vastaavat todellisuutta. Suosittelen lämpimästi harkitsemaan muitakin varaus sivustoja. Booking ei ota mitään kantaa asiaan.

Das Türschloss beim Wohnungseingang sollte repariert werden. Ebenso die Türklinke von Schlaf zu Wohnzimmer. Wäre schnell gemacht! Ansonsten super Wohnung!

Idk, maybe that I can't pay city tax via booking and must pay in cash at the property, little uncomfy.

The property is simple and would be well-suited to a single or couple on a budget or back-packers with their own utensils and cups (and tea, if you drink it), who know Brunate roads or use the funicular. Take food, if you don’t plan to go far for dinner. Helpful owner with our parking on a very narrow street. The early departure time wasn’t a problem as we wanted to get away early. The coffee and coffee machine were good. Paper cups were provided. Views of some of the buildings on the top of the hill (715m).

Difficult to find in the rain at dusk, using standard local maps. There was a link to directions in messages at one stage but it wasn’t easy to find a second time. If you see it, screenshot it! However, that map is not detailed, many of the streets to the apartment change their name and Google Maps doesn’t work well with roads doubling back on themselves. Either one-way or narrow two-way systems added to the complexity.

The smell of mold and cigarettes in the room and the incredibly uncomfortable bed. Plus no noise insulation so we could hear the other guest screaming at his phone at 3am very well.

Seemed good value without the issues we had.

Not the cleanest property - a bit grubby - maintanence issues - we had a basin leak that went into the bathroom from a DIY bodged sink repair that showed signs of previous issues - electric tripped off - property was cold with the central heating turned off and no access to turn it on and no additional blankets, TV kept randomly turning on during the night ! Parking was an issue- we had to park a 20 min walk away.

To drive 20 min on the top of the hill on the very dangerous road and after one bed night to come down in Como on the same road, and start filling that you are live again.... that was a great ...

Driving to the top of the hill and coming down was a filling like you are on the some scare rollercoaster. The room was very dirty, smelled of mold and it looked like it had not been aired for 3-4 months.. the same was and with bathroom... Our worst experience through booking..
