very good stay, great location, clean and tidy, nice owner, great view from the window + there is a balcony.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and during the hot August days the air conditioner was very key.

Very authentic. Calm and friendly neighborhood. Great host.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with aircon

Not very clean, very dusty and stinks of cigarettes - I’m asthmatic and it set me off every day. Mould in bathroom corners. We stayed 3 nights and never even got fresh towels left outside, towels were damp and dirty by the last day as they wouldnt dry properly. Was supposed to be a 10 min walk from the funiculare (only way to get thete without a car) but it’s 25 min so bear in mind if you’re carrying bags

We were very welcomed by the owner Mauricio that took us to see the panorama view of Como lake, that is very beautiful. The room and the bathroom were spacious, comfy and clean! The WiFi was pretty good and many Tv channels were available. The shower was good and there was also an air conditioner that helped us to warm the room during the night. There was also a frigobar and coffee machine available in the room. It was a very good stay!

Although it is easy to come and go to Como center with the funiculari, the road to go by car it is a winding road as expected.
