Lack of communication, lack of air conditioning and heating,

The room is large and spacious, with a kettle and coffee machine. Towels were provided.

The room was cool, but had air conditioning. Unfortunately, there was no way to use it because nobody gave me the remote control, but she suggested closing the windows and then brought a small heater, which helped a little and managed to warm the room up. There was a dampness in the room and even the whole floor looked damp. And the worst thing was the smell, which was from the humidity or the smell of cigarettes, and even the open windows did not help to ventilate. Worst of all, it even soaked into my clothes. It's very unfortunate to leave such a negative review, but whether this room was worth the money - it's definitely not. We were glad that we only had to spend one night there.

Location

The room had a smell of the Fire Cabin, was dusty and no provision of Glass or drinking water and Napkins.

The owner could not speak english to communicate with me. He was very rude and maybe drunk. Then he was not accepting my documents because he thought it was not in eu . After long discussion I showed him that from my side was everything ok . In the end he wanted 4 euro extra from me like a tax he said me . When I ask him for a receipt he couldn’t of course give me . As I know every tax of a room you pay it automatically from booking . With few words stay away from this place and this owner . Really creepy location

Comfy bed on the quiet hill side overlooking Como. Easy 15 minute walk from the cable car.

Constant smell of tobacco smoke in the room, probably due to the owner or their family next door smoking heavily. Therefore only recommended for smokers.

We liked our stay there, but one night someone was smoking in the next room and our room smelt of smoke . That was the only draw back from our stay.

He was So Friendly he gave us extra free Bed for mh third friend and also Free red Wine and he showed us and helped us to reach the Hotel, Very clean room and comfortable ! I really recommend The hotel 👌
