Echoland Madarao エコーランド斑尾 All en-suite rooms & a free 3-minute shuttle to the ski resort

The staff was so kind, it really did feel like a home. The food was well prepared, and you could tell they really cared of their guests. The ambience is nice, and meeting other travelers made the experience so much better. Food was great, breakfast & dinner was super convenient and fulfilling. Location is very close to the slopes, and with the pick ups & drop offs, everything was just care free. Highly recommend.

Affordable, comfortable twin room, light breakfast included, friendly hosts.

Dry room is quite small for the number of guests staying at the hotel (we left our boards/skiis in the car as there was no room except for our boots), hotel common areas are clean but messy (lots of clutter), very limited and tight parking during snowy months (hosts can barely keep up between clearing snow off driveway and car park and doing pickups and other chores).

Good location close to Madarao ski area. But mostly loved Takashj and his family. Their home is very comfortable. They are very sweet and their food is good.

Only 1 thing. I would recommend to not use toxic air fresheners. They are hormone and endocrine disruptors. Not good for your health. 🤙 otherwise everything Superb!

Staff were friendly and attentive, though English was limited and we had to rely on Mandarin. Regular shuttle to and from Madarao Resort was nice. Room was clean and warm

I think the communal living and socialling space could be improved, the common area was often dark (no lights were on) and everyone staying there kept to themselves. Our friends at the adjacent resort had a better breakfast, communal space (with fire pit) at a cheaper cost. Breakfast wasnt included, despite the price we paid. Had one breakfast, and it was ok. Rooms were very small.

Even so I stayed only one night, I felt felt really welcomed from the first step in the Hotel. The owner was very friendly and warm. They cooked a very good dinner for me. After a perfect and silent night in the very cozy bed. I enjoyed a great breakfast before I was driven by car to the bus station by the owner. I can absolutely recommend this place.
