GBDid what it said on the tin. Value for money and good location convenient for City. Other occupants (permanent I think) were quiet, and pleasant when I bumped into them. Good quality shower.
Entry details were wrong, and had to be chased by phone, but were soon sorted. Microwave in kitchen was dirty, and I would have liked to have used it.

GBVery clean and classic decoration. They had a shared kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Responsive person at the other end of WhatsApp.
No privacy in room 1 as it faces right on to the street with no net curtain, so I had to have the curtains closed the whole time I was there. I feel like this wouldn't have been very nice to stay in if the house was full of people. Thankfully they had a spare key as the first one was missing. There was no one on site and the atmosphere was quite strange. I was woken up by another guest arriving the following morning as the place doesn't look like a hotel or guest house on the street and he was understandably confused.

FRThe room 4 is VERY small, plus next to the bathroom (so you hear absolutely everything that happens in the toilets) --> should not be proposed as a normal room One bathroom for 4guests, with toilets inside. No adapter for non-uk visitors who have EU chargers, and no USB socket

Bed was probably a bit hard and room a bit small although that didn’t really bother me- in summer you may also need a sleep mask bc the curtains are quite thin- also you can stay the entire time and not talk to another person although there are other people staying which can feel a little bizarre

GBNo breakfast. Location excellent and the price was right. It was location that made me look at the property in the first place.
There are two keysafes at the entrance. That should be pointed out to anyone attempting to use the keysafe to get in.
