USI had a nice size room downstairs and very comfortable. I liked that I was able to cook in the kitchen if I chose to and there was plenty of room in the fridge. The walk into town was only 10-15 minutes and it was close to Christ Church.
I didn't like that there was only 1 bathroom for 5 rooms in the Guest House. That being the case the toilette should have been separate from the bathroom so that guests could have access to it when the other guests were bathing. For the price I was paying for 2 nights it was definitely overpriced considering there was only 1 bathroom for the entire Guest House!
