Lovely welcome from owner and very friendly and helpful young couple working there. Wonderful breakfast with a great variety and smiley and helpful service. The room was comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom.

This review is late, as I have already submitted a review following my stay. The room was booked at short notice. The host was expecting me and knew my name which was impressive for a start. He made me feel welcome and explained the facilities to me well. The breakfast was lovely, and there was plenty of it. The staff were welcoming and i felt welcome.

I liked all of it

Traditional English breakfast. We were well fed. The location was perfect for getting to know the charming town of Minehead. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great hosts , welcoming friendly and obliging . Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice . Very well kept property , with well decorated and equipped rooms . Everywhere was very clean and tidy . Well positioned for all of Minehead. Great B and B . Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was superb and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The ensuite was to die for.

We were in room 12 right at the top of the property, the view out of the window was terrible. The roof of the extension was the view we had looking through a quarter of the way up the window. The bed mattresses were not the most comfortable at all they are in need of replacing.

Every facility and parking was available. Great owners who were very accommodating from the start to finish. We will be going back next year for more adventure and a place to stay at Waverely B n B. See you soon. Thank you, Steve, for your hospitality.
