GBEverything was lovely clean and comfortable throughout our 1 night stay.madelin was a great host she communicated all the time,we will definitely be back,mabe a stay of a couple of nights next time and our little dog Connie was welcomed too.theres a lovely setting with the ponds as you arrive.we as a family definitely picked the right location.many thanks sue and family xx

GBLovely caravan, great size for all the family to fit in. Great that there were two toilets. Good water pressure and hot water. Location in a nice, quiet place. Very much enjoyed my stay.
WiFi didn’t connect or wasn’t very strong but not a deal breaker.
GBWe stayed in this caravan for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. As the caravan is dog friendly, we expected a slight “doggy smell” however, the caravan smelt so fresh and was immaculate. The owner had left some sweets, pods for the coffee machine, and drinks in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic - a very short walk to the food and entertainment facilities on the site, and a 5 minute drive into Skegness town or Ingoldmells. We would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend this caravan. Thank you for a lovely break!

GBPERFECTION ALL ROUND!! :) lovely, modern, immaculate, everything you need, home from home the caravan was beautiful and lin a ovely location, brilliant and spacious, and owner added little touches that just made it so nice in every way, we always stay at Southview every year...this was by far the best caravan we have stayed in....cannot wait to stay again and shall be booking this same caravan. Owner communication excellent and no problems what so ever. If you're looking for a family holiday and have a dog, this is perfect.
GBThe caravan is lovely the site is absolutely great, additional charges for on site activities but that is to be expected and wasn't a surprise we had a lovely stay owner friendly and advisable I couldn't fault it and hoping to book for our next trip 😀
Toilet flush a little weak but didn't affect our stay just a heads up to the owner 👍
