GBOwner of the caravan was very good at communication and left some nice treats. Van was clean and comfortable and in a great location for the bar on the site.

We found the entertainment center was quite poor, and we decided to have a meal in the restaurant one night but with an 1 1/2 hour wait for food that was a disappointment.
GBFantastic caravan, impeccably presented, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - I got a good night's sleep each night. The site is very well maintained and had a good range of features such as a bar, restaurant and takeaways - plus loads of family facilities which I did not use. A membership card was provided with the caravan. Skegness seafront is about a 35 minute walk from the caravan or there are several buses an hour from the caravan site. Skegness itself was vibrant and had lots to do.
Only slight issue was the free WiFi provided by the campsite was a bit hit and miss in the caravan (maybe their paid for offering is better?).

GBI loved how the caravan owner made us feel very welcome, with little treats on the dining table awaiting our arrival. There were coffee pods for the coffee machine, tea, coffee and sugar. As well as bottles of water and even cans of pop left in the fridge. Everything was clean and fresh: the caravan itself, the bedding the towels. I was very impressed with everything. The site is magnificent.
There was nothing we didn't like.
GBThe owners were very helpful, we enjoyed our stay that much we decided to stay an extra night! The caravan is very clean & had everything we needed. Excellent location especially for children.
