I really enjoyed the fact that the building was safe and secure for my family. The building consisted of lots of CCTV cameras ensuring the safety of my kids when being in the building as well as entering and leaving.

I didn’t like anything about property, was not easy to find, the phone was provided they picked up after 3 times calling ,the staff was vertigo friendly

It was extremely dirty, all flat , bad smell of the beds ,kitchen sticky, under the bed and behind the sofa was left clothes from previous people who stayed , carpet so much dirty, never been vacuumed.

I liked the location as it was very serene and relaxing. The high street was not that loud and easily accessible making it easy for us to trap food or go shopping without driving to the town. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I didn’t do the necessary due diligence when booking this as I was pressed for time. I thought that as an established website anything on booking.com would be reputable enough to book - that proved to not be the case. Firstly, this is not an ‘inn’ so that’s false advertising in itself - it’s a block of apartments. Apartments that you cannot access without a key. Despite arranging a check in time, I could not contact the host. I spent one hour trying to access the property, even speaking to locals and arrived at the conclusion that the ownership had changed hands and that I’d been scammed. I was forced to book accommodation elsewhere and I will be sticking with Premier Inn from now on, at least you know what you’re going to get. I didn’t have to fight too hard for a refund which is nice, but overall this experience was unacceptable for a company the size of booking.com.
