The lifts was not working was on the top floor . The staff when contacted where ride . There was a unused fridge freezer in the property taking slot of room No shower curtain And it was dirty .

Nothing absolute dive

Everything, advertised as a full apartment- turns out to be a hmo type step up in an apartment. Not clean , and what seemed to look like a two foot squid ink stain on the carpet at the end of the bed . Didn’t stay - they said they would agree to a refund and now won’t accept any responsibility for the falsely advertised rental. Avoid this slum shack

Prenotazione annullata, nonostante su Booking.com fosse confermata e pagata. Successiva proposta di camera non pulita, con lenzuola e asciugamani del cliente della notte precedente. Finale proposta di alloggio in struttura fatiscente in pessime condizioni igienico-sanitarie, con tanto di scarico del lavandino otturato e ventola guasta in bagno (niente finestre).

It was noisy, the pillows were shit(ive a bad neck now), a stranger opened my door, my towel was ripped, strangers by my apartment on the balcony as it has no partition. I could go on and on but its annoying me trying to recall every complaint.

There is nothing to like here...seriously nothing!

I refused to stay. Not only was it filthy, but it was a physical health hazard. HSE would close the whole place down. Also....it was marketed to me as a 1 bed apartment....they offered the bed (that's it) that had clearly been slept on or something less imaginable. And a shared bathroom (filthy). I'm being conservative here...believe
