Poor water pressure in kitchen. No toaster

L'appartamento ha un bel potenziale, solo che chi lo gestisce non ha investito in ristrutturazione ( tranne condizionatori e impianto elettrico ). Finestre in legno con vernice scrostata e se piove penetra acqua, di cui in una camera non si può aprire ( scritto ),rubinetto del bagno senza filtrino lo scarico del bagno perde, la TV ha il 60% della retroilluminazione fulminata, il tavolo in cucina è spaccato e le stoviglie sembrano prese da un rigattiere. Copriletto con buchi.

Отличная квартира, очень большая ,просторная , высокие потолки , удобные кровати, все в старинном стиле (интерьер , люстры ,зеркала) совершенно непередаваемая терраса наверху, парковка под домом , рядом магазины и супермаркеты все в пешей доступности , в 3 минутах отличная пиццерия , до центра пешком 20 минут , до разных пляжей и достопримечательностей в среднем 20,-30 минут на машине

The apartment has a charm from an earlier era. This included the bathroom fittings, but these did not bother us. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

I loved the property. Spacious apartment, nice outdoor spaces, quiet well-resourced neighborhood.

A little farther from the center of town than I would prefer, but that was also its charm.
