"Great value, location and comfort."

Fabulous location. Spacious for the price. Loved having laundry facility. Coffee shop next door is excellent.

Glass in front door lets in the light early. Needs a curtain over it.

"Ok but doubt we would stay again."

Warm, although it would have been better to have had some heating on for our arrival. Comfortable bed, good range of crockery,cutlery etc.

Wrong entry code supplied and 10 minute wait when temperature was -2c. Shower support loose and shower head leaking. Proximity to beer garden could be a problem in the summer. Fan oven setting did not appear to control.
