First off, the staff is amazing. Extremely welcoming and was available for any need. I had booked the surf pad 6 months in advance. Somehow, there was an update with there system and our reservation got changed to a normal room. After calling to confirm the reservation and discuss the issue, without hesitation, they upgraded us to an ocean front suite. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The complimentary champagne and welcome cocktails were just an extra touch that made it even more special. We cant wait for our next SD trip. We will absolutely be returning to the 23!

"Die Lage lässt einen über „Kleinigkeiten“ hinwegsehen"

Schöne Lage, direkt am Strand. Zimmer hatte direkten Zugang zur Terrasse, diese war schön und sauber. Valetparken war gut, das Auto kam immer innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Fahrradverleih war im preis drin.

Der Kühlschrank ging nicht, das Wasser blieb die erste Nacht kalt, am darauffolgenden Tag wurde etwas am Boiler gemacht und jeweils nach 3-4 Minuten durchlaufen von kalten Wasser wurde es langsam warm. Seitlicher Meerblick hätte man sich sparen können, den konnte man aufgrund der Lage im EG nur erahnen.
