The air conditioning was not in all parts of the apartment

Great location and very clean and well equipped

Only complaint was noise really

The location was well situated and close to everything, but as it was located on a busy road, the rooms at the front of the apartment were quite noisy. Closing the external shutters alleviated this somewhat. Beds were comfortable and facilites were modern and very clean.

When we arrived, we were sent to the incorrect property - this company manages several properties. There is only one air conditioner in the apartment that is located in the main living room, cold air does not reach the bedrooms. There is a fan in one of the bedrooms, but essentially only stirring up hot air as it was summer/July. Wifi did not reach the back bedroom. We asked for assistance to book a taxi to the train station the day before we were due to leave as there is no Uber service in Como. We were informed that they don't take bookings and were given a phone number for one taxi service to call when required. On the morning we were due to leave, there was no answer from the taxi service. There was also no answer from the property management (even though it was within their advertised office hours), we required their assistance to recommend another taxi service and also to assist with translation over the phone. This caused a lot of stress and delay in our departure - we managed to do it ourselves eventually (with great expense having to use our mobile phones that were only for wifi data use only) and were not contacted again by the office until much later.
