Nice, spacious and modern apartment at fantastic location, walking distance from the Como center

Apartment is facing a main street with a train line, so it is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. Could have used AC units in the bedrooms, not only the living room.

Location and the apartment is modern well taken care has every you needed it. Even though we did not cook you have a complete kitchen item.

Close to everything. The only thing I may mention here s that the showers doors don’t close well and water goes out the shower and there’s no place to place your shower items..!🥹otherwise I like the place very much as well the teem very helpful staff .

It was central’ well equipped and clean’ the team was contactable and helpful

The location is good

We got shocked that there is only one small AC in the living room where it was mentioned that the apartment is air conditioned which make it hard to sleep, early checkout at 10:00 am.

Key was in the locker inside. So it takes a time to wait the manager to open the gate to find the key. Thanks neighbors, because the manager answer for my request only one hour later. So we have to stay near the gate and wait. Uncomfortable especially after the flight

Air con set to 24c, only in lounge, no air con in bedrooms, we tried to get owner to sort but they just told us to try and sort ourselves, stifling hot and you couldn’t sleep with windows open as super busy on road with trains and traffic

The owner he is an amazing guy, so helpful once we need him he is there, the location and the apartment so clean.

The place was great overall. The only thing that we were surprise about was the AC situation: there is only one AC split in the living room for the whole apartment, so you need to leave the doors of the bedrooms open in order to cool them, also the temperature was controlled by the owner remotely, so a couple of times we had to request a lower temperature. Aside from this, everything else was great.
