Located at the biggest mall in Kuching.

location is superb! parking is nice. fridge is clean, with wifi. not to forget, the view to the surrounding area is the best, as the unit is located at the corner.

overall, the place is nice.

The viva mall was directly below it so we had food and could buy essential items

1. The unit was dirty and had red ants infestation. There was also a lizard in the bathroom on day 1, it took us 2 days to rid it. There are red ants on the bedsheets, walls, rugs near the couch. The furnitures were worn and dirty. The toilet was dirty and smelled bad, the unit was just not comfortable. 2. The apartment is located at one of Kuching’s busiest malls. The traffic going in and out, especially during peak hours (weekends) such as after work or hearing mall shut down at 10pm, was horrendous.

1- Good location 2- have a mini garden where my family and I can go for a jogging.

1- the owner only provided me the info after I called him. He seems not care to contact me in advance like other owners in KL and KK. They usually contacted me a day advance, providing me the info of where to collect the keys and all the rules n regulations. 2- the refrigerator was malfunctioned and he only replaced it after I contacted him. 3- the aircond in living room was also malfunctioned and he said that the technician was on holiday. I wonder if there is one technician in a big beautiful Kuching.

Vivacity, what else can be better than that!?

Despite the rooms are comfortably enough for a family of 6, only ONE toilet is available, that made a little bit uncomfortable.

Maybe need at least medium rice cooker would be nice. 😊
