We stayed at Ocean Views Pool and Gym apartments and had a great experience. We arrived late in the evening on December 31, just before midnight. Knowing that it would be difficult to buy groceries at night, I contacted the host in advance and asked if she could help with some food for New Year’s Eve. She was incredibly kind and understanding and prepared everything for us — fruits, chocolates, juices, and other groceries. We truly appreciated this care and attention. The location is excellent: Aventura Mall is about a 5-minute drive away, and the beach is around a 10-minute walk along a comfortable and safe route. Beach access is very convenient. Valet parking is available and worked smoothly without any issues. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning — truly amazing and unforgettable. It really made our stay special. There were five of us, and everyone was comfortably accommodated. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, oven, microwave, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and two toilets. Everything is well-organized and convenient. Beach equipment such as chairs and boards was also provided, which was a nice bonus. Check-in was easy and well-organized. I would definitely recommend these apartments and would be happy to stay here again.

The only minor inconvenience was waiting for the elevator during peak hours over the New Year holidays due to the high number of guests. However, this is completely understandable and does not outweigh the many advantages of this property.

I had a great stay in the apartment and truly enjoyed my time here. The space was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a thoughtful layout and everything needed for a pleasant stay The apartment felt calm, cozy and well maintained, perfect for rest and relaxation. I especially appreciated the privacy, cleanliness and overall atmosphere it felt like a real home away from home The host, Lilit, is absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive and incredibly helpful with any questions I had, always quick to respond and genuinely caring Thanks to her support, the stay was easy, smooth, and very comfortable. I truly felt taken care of I highly recommend both the apartment and Lilit as a host and would happily stay here again
