Ocean Views - Pool & Gym - Pet Friendly - Close to Beach

The view from the balcony was great.

The apartment was dirty. Several “clean” dishes still had food on them, and there were many stains on the kitchen and bathroom floors. The AC wasn’t working, so the temperature stayed between 80–82°F during our entire stay, and we couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat. The owner did not respond to our initial complaint made on the first evening. She replied the next day, but after a couple of messages, she stopped responding altogether. A one-night special celebration escape turned into a nightmare. She also refused to issue at least partial reimbursement.

Het uitzicht was geweldig.

De host, eerste dag aangegeven dat er geen warm water uit de douche kwam. Dit was op maandag, vrijdag was het nog niet opgelost. De host communiceert niet goed en verteld verschillende verhalen. Komt ook niet met een oplossing, negeert je dan volledig.
