The facilities are basic so if you want to need a place to sleep, than okay

The check-in process was confusing and poorly managed. Upon arrival, we had to call or WhatsApp a number to obtain the main door password, which caused unnecessary delays and discomfort. The hotel could have simplified the process by contacting guests in advance. Additionally, the room required a card to activate the lights, air conditioning, and TV, but our MyKad did not work. Instead of resolving the issue directly, staff asked us to go back downstairs to get a hotel card from the guard. For guest convenience, the hotel card should have already been placed in the room. There was also a cockroach when we first got inside the room.
