My oh my, the bathroom shower curtain was so moldy i didnt let my kids touch it. The water did not flow to the drain and made a puddle around the sink but eventually went away (dont know where, probably the sink had a drainage under it) but this causes you to shower with dirty water . Please change the curtain. Hotel rep contacted via chat to pay in advance. We were driving so i watsap her and a late response resulted in all CAPS chat asking what time are we arriving, answer the call (check in was stated 3pm - 12am) upon arrival 1 room wasnt even ready with bed unmade and trash allover. Got a new room immediately but

In short, I do not recommend this place to stay. In long.... The payment system for the property isn't taken through booking.com and they have their own complicated system to take payment. After trying to send them money for a while I contacted them which didn't help until they eventually said they have a card reader at the property for me to pay with (it's a self check in hotel). No card provided to activate the electric in the room so I had to use my own cards (One card didn't work and I had to use multiple cards in the holder). The walls are far from sound proof. Throughout the night I could hear people coming and going. You can hear conversations from outside of the room. There was no tumble drying facility in the room or that we could see in the property. The Aircon has a light on the front of it which lights up the room while trying to sleep. There is a plug for the shower inside the shower room just above the unit, outrageous level of health and safety.

Kata laluan utk bilik susah buka . Kalau tak salah bilik 007 . Bilik bau hapak xselesa(diy dekat . Beli air wick settle masalah) Lantai kotor (tolong cat bagi cantik please) Tv tak boleh on(untuk stay 1malam no problem) Bilik kecik . Sesuai utk 2org shj (nak stay lama better amik bilik yg ada view tingkat 2)
