1 Day Car Hotel - BG Perdana

1. There is no receptionist, thus self check in. Check in is after 3pm but you need to keep texting them to get check in details. They dont give you immediately after 3pm. 2. Batroom zink is so small & all clogged. Cant even brush you teeth. Told them to fix it, no action taken once i returned after work for the second night. 3. No room daily cleaning. I think room cleaned omly after ur stay. 4. Extreamly dusty room. Dust comes from the curtains & bed. Terrible sneezing. Believe that curtains & comforter is not washed for years. 5. Had 2 bapuk/pondan near inside the launge after the entrance. They start talking & asking many personal questions. Finally, they even said later we will come to your room. Thats scary man. Safety is a big concern in this place & it makes you feel not comfortable. Informed the hotel, no reaponse just a good sign. Anyway, wont recommend this hotel to family/individual for all the above reasons. You dont have comfort, safety & hygiene which are all basic necessities in a hotel. I normally dont write comments, but i think i should write for this so that it will benefit others.
