Location was ideal for us and the price paid was affordable.

Reception ruined our stay on arrival, checking in wasn't pleasant at all. She was distracted on her phone, spoke to us with attitude and wasn't eager to assist us, it took very long to be assigned to our room at some point our child wanted the toilet, she was rude in responding when we asked. We already knew from there that it wasn't going to be a nice stay. It was a turn off.

The view was absolutely beautiful — a real highlight of our stay. The place was very clean, stylish, and had such a shalana vibe. We loved exploring Durban from there, and it truly felt like a lovely home away from home.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to fault — if anything, we wish we could have stayed longer! No major complaints at all. Only issue was the lift which sometimes didn’t work and had to use the stairs.

I didnt like anything about the place

Everything was a mess, from the time we checked in. The place was very dirty with old electric appliances. The room was smelling dust. We had to wait because we made bedding that we used that night dirty. We had to wait for them to wash it. The door didnt close properly.

"Renovation Could attract more customers"

I liked that it is very close to the beach and also that it was something that I already expected from the pictures

I would say that the place needs to be renovated a lil so that it would look more modern and give that necessary aesthetic pleasure
