Sea Views at 10 South

The area was clean

My bedroom bed was not comfortable at all 😞, I woke up to the painful body I think they need to change that bed is very old, our door locked itself we waited something like 2hrs or more for help and missed our cruise we had to book another one and that's more money, the following morning electricity went out and the host took another 2hrs to respond but 10am they expected us to check out without any excuse, that lady came into my room and I was still naked telling me that it's 10 I should get out for that matter the bathroom it's only one, we were 2 couples sharing and they delayed to give us electricity

The place is next to the beach,the beach view was a nice thing to experienced

The dark colour of the bedding,linen looks dark and not welcoming and complementing the room ,bed not comfortable feels old,cockroaches all over the place and day receptionist lady was so rude ,we didn't see any apartment cleaner on our stay,only got one toile roll entire stay

The bedding had white stains in the middle 😭😭, TV was not working, the receptionist was unfriendly from day 1 and Had a bad attitude towards us, only had two wine glasses. The cleaning and reception lady were angry to me because I reported the about the bedding white stains telling me that they did not expect it from 🤔🤔🤔. The breakfast are cornflakes next time be specific place, the coffee was so hard we ended up buying our own. Only security guys had a friendly attitude 😜

It was close to the beach and the Spar.

The owner/host was rude and very dishonest, the lady at reception was jist as rude. The host wanted to charge me way more damage deposit than what was on the booking confirmation when I was checking in. When I asked why she said that if she put the amount on the booking then no one would book. They lied about breakfast being included, only stated after payment was made that there is no breakfast instead they gave us stale cornflakes and muesli. Their coffee was also old, it had literally solidified in the canister. When we got to check in at 2pm we couldn't go into the room because the cleaner was still busy cleaning We had to wait 45min before checking in. And we found he still cleaning so we had to wait another 20min for her to finish. The lift buttons going down from the 6th floor didn't work so we had to take the stairs down to 5th floor so we could take the lift to the ground floor.

The location was in a good spot next to all we were coming to see and visit, the ketchen with all the necessary items and the safety car parking.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the reason was the old mattress and the unnecessary waiting time for check out as I was in a hurry but I had to wait until 10:00

The single bed, one needs to be replaced - it sagged in the middle, very uncomfortable as well as the couch, a bit lumpy. No DSTV, Netflix kept indicating account not paid, so watching TV was out.
