Convenient location not far from train station and city center. Property feels like brand new.

The apartment was spacious and functional. There was air conditioning in every room, heating in the bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped. Even coffee and tea was provided for our use. There were enough towels, a microwave oven. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and I liked the fact it was located on a very quiet street with almost no traffic and with few pedestrians. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a bit dark, as there is only one window overlooking the street, and since the apartment is on ground floor you have to keep it covered for privacy reasons. Also, I didn't like the deal with security deposit, which is returned to you if there is no damage to the apartment. It was returned to us shortly after our stay, but you always wonder - what if you get falsely accused of damaging something and you are already back in your country with no way to dispute it... The kitchen sink seemed to be stopped up and drained extremely slowly.

We liked the affordability, the size and location of the apartment. Consum is close by which is very convenient. It's also a short taxi from the city centre and a short walk to some lovely parks. We liked that it was self-contained and tidy.

The quality of the beds and facilities was less than I expected. Still comfortable but all basic ikea furniture. We also would have appreciated if washing powder for the washing machine and a few more coffee pods and basic things like milk, butter and oil were in the cupboards. Also a brief instruction sheet on how to use the facilities like the washing machine, air conditioning etc would have been appreciated. The washing machine was very harsh on our clothes, stretching some of them, and perhaps it was just because we were unfamiliar with what setting to use? A few more instructions on how to access the apartment would have been helpful, it was actually located on the street parallel to the one given, and having the name of this street would have saved us time looking for the apartment. The apartment was also missing the letter E, the other apartments were marked so that was the only way we knew which one was ours.

The accommodation is on the ground floor without windows (the ones in the photos are fake, there are curtains but then they are just lamps). The area is dirty and does not appear safe. We found the accommodation cold upon our arrival, unwelcoming. Little hot water, 15 minutes and we couldn't take a shower until the next day. The access door onto the street lets in light and noise at night, we were not at peace. Single sheets and blankets used for double beds, so you can't cover yourself well Sink installed too high.
