Que estaba todo muy limpio y las tiendas super cercas

La salle de bain ,les climatiseurs vraiment efficaces. La cuisine est propre et bien agencée. Pas trop bruyant,les commodité à proximité,restaurants,snacks,supérette et réseau bus.

L’emplacement moyen,pas de fenêtres dans l’appartement, Coupure d’électricité pendant 2h à l’heure de prendre nos douche et cuisiner à 30 min de notre arrivée mais la réactivité de l hôte à bien gérer le soucis. Place parking très difficile à avoir car public mais c’est juste à côté et pas payant. Pas de geste commercial pendant la coupure d électricité,obligé d aller manger au restaurant à 5 à nos frais surtout qu’on cuisine souvent nous même en famille.

Very easy access to the property using a code you receive just before you arrive. Great location near the metro station Jesus and the train station Joaquin Sorolla.

Ground floor bordering the pavement so it doesn’t feel very safe as you hear people walk by the door at night. No windows (what you see in pics are LEDs) except for the one overlooking the pavement, which is better kept covered for privacy. The host asks you to clean the used dishes/glasses and throw out the trash (where?) despite a 65 euro cleaning fee already paid. No criticism but people must know.

The place is very spacious and clean! Everything seems to be new and it’s well equipped.

Good location, near to metro and bus. Shop in front of the facility.

The coffee maker lost a little bit of water if more coffees were made but the rest all well prepared for the stay.
