"31 steps to heaven"

Host communicated promptly and provided clear instructions with pictures. Host also came by and welcomed us by explaining some history of the property and the area. Extremely pleasant experience!

Staying in the penthouse comes with many stairs. (31 to be exact) views and skylight are amazing! Able bodied only can stay here.

Wow! This is a must, every single thing in the apartment has been well thought about from design to comfort! High standards and we could have extended stay but will definitely return fell in love with Lucca, the location is perfect and also quiet but also has a great scene on an evening but can't be heard from apartment. The windows are beautiful with so many different views. The space is fantastic, and we are travelling around Italy/Switzerland and its been the cheapest and well thought of apartment we have stayed in. I can't compliment the apartment and the host enough! Can't wait to return

Leaving for Venice all of us not wanting to leave Lucca

Apartment was very well presented and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also very clean and well equipped if you wanted to cook. Never seen a bnb with such a range of pots/pans. Perfect location in centre of Lucca very close to all the sites. Easy self check in. The host was very helpful and on arrival gave us information on parking facilities. Pay parking close by for unloading and free parking a short distance from apartment (7mins on foot). The host also provided local tourist info and some personal choices for local caffes, bars and restaurants. Much appreciated. The 31 steps up to the apartment well worth the climb maybe not so suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Thanks Chiara for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. Great location , very close to Piazza dell'Anfiteatro , beautiful apartment and even better host! Very friendly , gave plenty of advice on places to go / where to eat.

That I had to go back to England.
