Location. Cleanliness, nicely renovated apartment. Easy communication with host. Comfy beds. Coffee machine, hairdryer, wifi, washing machine,...all good

The rooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, the location... everything was just perfect! Only the staris were sreep... This is the only thing you need to consider if there are elderly people in your company ;).

Location location location. So central to everything. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Chiara gave us so many recommendations and tips. This saved us a lot of time. Everything in the apartment is new and clean. Travel light as the steps are narrow and yes there over 31 of them. Really exquisite design blending the old with the new. Chiara has thought of everything you could need. The AC was very welcome and worked beautifully. We will be back!!

"Super stay in the heart of Lucca"

Very nicely decorated, large bathroom, great beds and very friendly host

Only point I can think of is that there were not that many things in the kitchen: no breakfast plates or small cups (for yoghurt or snacks), but the kitchen did contain great pans

Immaculate, spacious with the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Lots of aircon, well equipped with lovely views from the table. Generous host when we had a hiccup with the wifi. I would thoroughly recommend it for a peaceful few days in beautiful Lucca.

It’s was all great - yes the steps are a challenge but only once with bags!
