Airport pickup excellent, Thomas the Manager EXTREMELY accordating.

Apartment was not ready in time due to issues with the previous occupants.

I liked the location and the appearance of the building.

I felt the property was not maintained very well. Most of the electrical outlets were not working and the hot water was not working most of the time. The bedding was not changed as often as promised.

The property manager was helpful and did his best to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is excellent, being very close to both the city center and the airport.

The facilities are in very poor condition. The kitchen is dirty and completely non-functional, with no running water, making it impossible even to boil water. Hot water is often unavailable, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. Power outages happen frequently and sometimes last for an entire day.

A bit noisy because of the main road on the side; kitchen ware to be improved; a shower cabin/door to be put in place since while showering water is everywhere

The host was kind and the apartment was big. The elevator going directly into your apartment was nice as well. The water also gets very hot for showers. All the cabinets in the bedrooms were great too.

For the price, I guess you get what you pay for. The glass doors on the windows are installed backwards so they don’t close completely. Because of that, we were constantly fighting bugs. Mosquito nets in the rooms would’ve been nice, because we definitely left with a number of bites. The kitchen also should be much better furnished. Also only left one roll of toilet paper for three people for four nights. The couch and the rug are pretty stained. The host tried to arrange a taxi to the airport on the last day, but apparently 1:30am means something different in Ethiopia according to them.

"The perfect place from which to explore Addis Ababa. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic hospitality. I love the behavior of the owner (Mr. Thomas). The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back." and glady to recommend others.

The Manager/Owner, Thomas, have been an amazing host and apart from that an incredible human being. I am glad that he have guided us with honesty and made our stay incredible.
