At check-in I was told there were no rooms available. Therefore, I took another hotel myself. I asked them to pay for the transportation expenses, but they completely ignored me. Booking.com is currently investigating. Please be careful as it is very dangerous.

Thomas, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. He became our friend within a short time. He was always ready to solve any issue. He made our short stay in Addis a success ! Thank you very much Thomas. I liked the hard bed and I was happy to have such a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The elevator was not operational. The apartment was cold. A heater would be great.

Everything was very good here.Rooms bathroon living etc was good.Service was very satisfying and especially Thomas guy was very good man.He gave us every facility including shuttle service.And the other guy was also very helping,he used to do what we said and took things for us from supermarket.I am very satisfied by everything.Special thanks to thomas.

Thomas,the manager was exceptional and went out of his way to help in all manners,from providing a personsl guide ,a home meal,helping with foriegn exchange,transfers and being an interesting narrator on local customs.

Nothing at all.everything was great.
