Very short hand. Check in was at 4 didn't check in until 6. No housekeepers.

good. The food was good, the selections were good.

I had to wait in the lobby for my room to be ready for 2 hours after arrival because the clerk said they housekeeping was understaffed. When I checked out there was no clerk at the front desk. I had to search and find a manager in her office. The clerk was nice though and compensated me with snacks.

"We didn’t get any sleep . They weren’t hard…. They were lumpy… I have slept on ground that was more comfortable."

The location & staff

The bed! I have never before had a bed in any Hilton establishment that I haven’t been able to sleep on. My husband and I were unable to sleep AT ALL. The beds in room 208 needed to be replaced! They were beyond lumpy they were worn out!
