We were there for a hospital stay and had to leave the hotel too early for breakfast.

We missed having a microwave in the room, but there were microwaves available in the lobby for our use.

The room was great, nice breakfast and the staff were nice! Great location for 1 night stay.

The make up remover wipe and the body lotion felt like it was sitting there for a while, weird smell.

"I thought Hampton hotel were well quoted."

Breakfast has been delayed by 2 hours the second day. The third day it was closed. We decided to change for another hotel. The personnel was very professional and kind. They tried their best.

The bathroom sink smelt bad each time we used it. The bed sheet was to short so it didn’t hold in place.

"Horrible experience and rude customer service by hotel staff."

We arrived an hour after check-in and peoples rooms weren’t available. We waited 20 mins and asked about cancelling the room to which the very inept woman behind the desk said there would be a late cancellation fee. We told her nevermind and that we would wait. After waiting another 50 minutes, she asked if we were still waiting on something. Confused, we said our room, to which she replied she thought we wanted to cancel it so had proceeded to cancel our reservation. She then created another reservation and we asked her if we could swap to a different room so we could get checked in and be on our way. She said yes, tried to change the rooms, couldn’t, and called her manager to come to the hotel to help. We had a wedding and had to leave immediately, so we said we couldn’t wait anymore (it was now 6:30) and she told us we could cancel with no late fees. A week later I check my credit card statement and I have a $137 charge for the hotel. I call customer service who then loops in the hotels lobby person. I explain my situation to the female on the other end, and midway she cuts me off and says “I told you I couldn’t swap rooms because you booked through a travel company.” She didn’t and that’s why she had to call her manager to come to the hotel to help. I proceeded to say it didn’t matter, she said it does matter and then cut me off again to put me and the Hampton rep on hold. She was inept at her job and rude and not accepting of her role in this issue. Will NEVER stay at Hampton again.
