The beds were very comfy

Some of the walls and paneling in the bathroom, we're coming off. Needs to be updated very badly. Was not worth near the price I paid for the room.. this staff, however, was amazing.

This has so far been the most cleanest hotel I've stayed at in Austin. The room was spacious and comfortable, I had the best sleep (which never happens when I stay at a hotel). The restroom was bright, clean, full of extra towels, soaps, etc.

My only complaint was there was no microwave in the room and the fridge didn't really cool as much as it should or would over freeze. Otherwise, our stay was great.

One of my rooms had ants in it and I feel I was treated fare because I brought the ticket from outside agent but they don't clean nor inspect the rooms.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, no shops/restaurants/cafes nearby. However it's just a short drive from both airport and city centre
