Breakfast? What breakfast? Could nit buy a coke. Noisy room, loud AC, didn't sleep all night, Punishing cancellation and points policies - That was always the worst among your competition. Stayed there over 50 times over the years but will NEVER return again. Shitty treatment, old, dusty hotel being,milked for all its worth. Clearly not your sweet American owned and run establishment, not worthy of Austin.

Could not get temp in room set properly

The breakfast was good, the room was ready, and we were given two bottles of water

The restroom sink area had an area that was torn did not look good and dangerous someone can accidentally hurt themselves. The bed was not comfortable each night I would wake up with lower back pain When we arrived the hot water in the lobby available for hot chocolate or teas was cold.
