Nicely situated, clean and comfortable. Lovely complimentary bread, butter, jam, milk, coffee, tea and biscuits.

No information about not having access to the bar/restaurant after 6pm without paying for a pass. We were turned away. I expected to be able to have a drink in the bar in the evening at the very least. Also no information about surrounding area’s facilities. I also, by mistake, left a bag of groceries inside the chalet by the front door. Although I’m happy for the cleaners to take advantage of what was in the Fortnum & Mason bag for life, it would have been good for someone to have queried this with me as it was obviously not left deliberately.

The tv was not working only radio channels and the 5 main channels

Lovely chalet. Clean well equipped. Beds were comfortable and great little touches like biscuits, coffee, bread, jam and butter. Was able to get access early which is also a bonus.

The directions to the chalet were good. The little touches such as fresh bread and milk were welcomed

The surrounding chalets were dilapidated and made it feel oppressive and there was an ant problem in the building. The toaster was faulty and the TV struggled to keep a picture.

The host was very nice and available at any time if we needed something. The kitchen had all the equipment needed! The host left some basic breakfast ingredients and coffee capsules, which we really appreciate. The bed was comfy.

The place is too small for a family of 4 + baby. The shower was awful. No internet. Tiny shower radiator so we couldn't dry our swimming suites quick enough. I know this is not the host's fault but the facilities in deans park (the swimming pool, play ground, kids activities and more..) were SO bad!! The worst we have ever experienced. A standard council leisure centre in London is 10 times better than what we've experienced there. Very low class type of holiday. Lucky there was a wonderful beach nearby. That was the only good thing about this location.

Great base to do water sports paddleboarding river tour. Lots of activities for children. Host was very helpful and quick to answer questions.
