K238, Pequeno Castelo

The accommodation was great, everything we needed, comfortable and clean.

The park was quite untidy, and the staff were unhelpful. Prices at the park were extortionate.

It was a nice little chalet. Probably too small for 6 people as there is only one bathroom, but it was doable for three people and 2 dogs. But if that works for you, then it's not an issue. It was nicely decorated and the bedding was comfortable. The owner was really responsive and very helpful. I really appreciated her quick responses.

Supplied bread and milk - thank you. Electric shower very nice and bathroom clean, however one of the shower doors was loose on the top and bottom hinges, so difficult to close and made a mess on the bathroom floor. Great lighting throughout the accommodation.

Dog hairs everywhere, sofa covered in dog hair and had to hoover it before use, no bedding for it. Red throw on double bed covered in dog hair, looked likely used as a dog bed. Barbecue grill was covered with dirt and grease and completely unusable, had to buy disposable barbecue from Nisa shop. No rug on bathroom floor. Bedding on double bed had brown stains, inside the bed was a lot of dog hair, probably from the red throw.

Two of us plus small dog: the communication with the owners of K238, Pequeno Castelo was great, very efficient and helpful: thank you Kim and Sam . The chalet was spotlessly clean on arrival, kitchen very well equipped (including dog bowls ), with “welcome pack” left for the guests: fresh toast bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, salt, biscuits, bit of sugar. Comfy beds, huge sofa in the living room- after long day at the beach you will certainly enjoy it, outside furniture, BBQ, standing fan, clothes drying rack for those towels and swimming costumes, basically anything you could need for comfortable and enjoyable stay. The chalet casts a shadow on the patio in the afternoon which is very handy on hot days (we certainly enjoyed the coolness of it in 27-34◦C. It’s 10-15 minutes’ walk to the beach, and there is shop, restaurant and entertainment on-site.

The location is great, the chalet was clean and homely. We were thoughtfully left some essentials such as milk, bread and cookies and there was tea and coffee available. Highly recommend to anyone.
