Location was nearby to the Kuantan town. Nearby to the groceries store (TMG and LYC 24 hrs). Quite and peaceful surrounding. Easy access to the property. Spacious.

1. Not providing a stable internet as advertised in the picture. 2. No aircon in the living room. 3. All ceiling fan was full with dust. 4. No kettle and drinking water provided by host even they know the water dispenser was out of service. Next day, host sent a repairman after we complaint. 5. Host not professional. We complaint that the water dispenser was broken and not as per advertised in the picture. The host easily responded by asking us to cancel our booking and choose other accommodation. 6. We reported that the living room's fan was not functional well. The host asked us to change the fan remote's battery. The issue still not resolve. 7. No extra bedding. No extra pillow. 8. The toilet door in the master bedroom was broken and not well function.

Rumah yg selesa dan kemas, ruang tamu cantik

Air tingkat atas slow. Ada tuala yg dh guna tergantung di balik pintu masa check in, mungkin host terlepas pandang masa kemas. Tp tuala bersih tetap lengkap semuanya setiap bilik.

Tk sempat check in sbb rules yg di beri tk sesuai dgn kami. Sekian terima kasih

Sy tk suka dgn layanan cara owner homestay ni kepada sy kerana apa yg sy wassap dia hanya bluetick saja 👎🏻
